Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Should you need to exchange sizes, we will happily organise a return shipping slip at no charge to customer. Simply email us at info@boabasics.com.au  to arrange a return slip. If a size is no longer available, a credit note for our online store will be issued. We do not refund or exchange due to perceived colour variations due to inconsistencies of computer screens vs. real garment colours. Please ask us any questions if you are not sure about colour. No exchange or refund on sale items. Items only accepted if returned in original condition, with tags attached, unworn, undamaged within 7 days of receiving your item. By purchasing you agree to these terms and conditions.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
